Internal Project Management Tool
During work at Develappers GmbH, an internal tool was developed for the centralized management of projects, tasks, and resources. The goal was to replace various isolated solutions and connect all internal company systems through a unified platform.
The system includes a role-based dashboard, a task management module with filter and status functions, and a calendar integration for planning ongoing projects. Additionally, an interface to existing HR and time-tracking systems was implemented.
The modular architecture allows the tool to be flexibly extended and adapted to different teams. Angular serves as the performant frontend framework, while .NET provides the secure and structured server logic.
The project demonstrates how internal processes can be made more efficient and transparent through tailor-made software solutions.
Through clear structures, role-based access, and direct API integrations, a scalable, maintainable solution was created for daily use within the company.
